About Me

Hi! I’m Sarah Tyk. I became a mom at 42 years old and desperately wanted a shift in my career. But it’s overwhelming (and not practical) to simply quit a steady job when you have children and all the responsibilities that come with being middle-aged.

So rather than make drastic decisions that put my family at risk, I took small steps to make changes in my life that put me on the path to changing my career and finding more joy and peace in my life.

Small steps can lead to big changes, and I believe that everyone can do something to bring them closer to living the life they really want.
